ONLINE RETURNS
We hope you love your online purchase but if you are not 100% happy you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE OUR RETURNS FORM HERE.
If you do not have access to a printer, please simply write your name, order number, name of item and reason for returning onto a piece of paper and send it back to us with your return.
All online returns are at the client's expense unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure that items are returned tracked and signed for, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
Our 14 days to return window starts from the date on tracking that the order is delivered.
Returns can only be accepted if unworn, unmarked, with no odours or makeup. Please be careful when trying on any items. Items must have all labels attached. Chelsea Cashmere reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
SALE ITEMS
In our sales, we are excited to offer items a greatly reduced prices. Please note that for the return of sales items, due to transactional charges, there will be a £5 administration fee deducted from any refund amount.
